About Us

The Middle TN Royals Sports Non-Profit Organization was founded in 2021, by Quentin Campbell (AKA: Coach Q) His vision is to create one of the upper echelons/major summer baseball and softball programs for young men and women in the Middle TN area!

Since its establishment, ball players from all over Middle TN have been a part of this growing family. All our athletes are coached by deeply knowledgeable coaches, and some have collegiate experience.

Quentin Campbell’s, goal is to get his athletes the best coaches and collegiate exposure so all his athletes can get that college scholarship! He loves coachable players that are willing to learn, have a cheerful outlook and put in the hard work! Coach Q knows several college coaches, pro scouts, and a Team USA Coach. He loves helping kids and seeing them succeed, because he knows that he did not get a fair chance when he played back in the 90’s and he’s going to work extremely hard so none of his athletes will get left behind! Coach Q played collegiate baseball at Columbia State Community College, and he knows that exposure is key! He was also trained/coached by the All-Time winningest coach in Tennessee High School history (at the time) and was also trained by a former MLB player, alongside with a couple of high-profile MLB player’s parents.

Organizational goals:

Enhance their skills to achieve their highest level possible

Teach them to become better humans, with a cheerful outlook, communication skills and become leaders of their community.
